We have high expectations and move incredibly fast. Our first portfolio company hit $1M ARR in just 42 days. But we also make sure to pause and celebrate the milestones. The leadership team does retreats three times a year to recharge, reflect, and stay aligned for the next big push.
Every year, we come together for an annual retreat that blends reflection, ambition, and a whole lot of fun. For 2025, we went race car driving, did an archery circuit, and wrapped it up with a legendary steak dinner. We spoke at two major conferences about scaling a Canadian company—and yes, we vlogged the whole thing. Because when we build big, we celebrate bigger.
Every month, we hop on a full-team call to stay connected across departments: GTM, Sales, Customer Support, and Development. We also show up in the community by sponsoring hackathons (yes, we bring the pizza), meeting incredible talent, and investing in the future of tech across Canada.
