We have high expectations and move incredibly fast. Our first portfolio company hit $1M ARR in just 42 days. But we also make sure to pause and celebrate the milestones. The leadership team does retreats three times a year to recharge, reflect, and stay aligned for the next big push.
Every year, we come together for an annual retreat that blends reflection, ambition, and a whole lot of fun. For 2025, we went go-karting, did an archery circuit, and wrapped it up with a legendary steak dinner. We spoke at two major conferences about scaling a Canadian company—and yes, we vlogged the whole thing. Because when we build big, we celebrate bigger.
